Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Refunds
  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.

• Exchanges
  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at benchem71@gmail.com with photos.

  Shipping for returns
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
